    • consolidation - revision and consolidation of existing BCPs, ensuring coherence across departmental, organisation and country level BCPs; and comprehensive coverage.
    • risk management - establishment of risk management process, standards and/or function.
  • For organisations without BCPs:
    • development - of relevant, comprehensive, coherent and tested BCPs - 'necessary and sufficient' for purpose.
    • BCP standards - development of BCP policies, standards, methodology and templates; supported where required by training.
    • mentoring - periodic or continuous guidance to newly-appointed BCP authors and risk managers.
    • risk management - establishment of risk management process, standards and function.
